Come on a journey with us – Spiritual India – to the royal cities of princely state of Rajasthan in India which top tourist destination famous for its marvellous architecture, ancient forts and palaces, and cultural heritage. After spending 12 incredible days in Rajasthan, we’ll enjoy the last 2 days of this Rajasthan to Varanasi Tour in the Holiest City of the world, Varanasi. The oldest city in the world i.e. Varanasi is perched on the banks of the River Ganga.

Day 01 : Delhi to Mandawa

After breakfast, we would check out from the hotel in Delhi and drive towards Mandawa which is the ‘Gateway to Rajasthan’, a place famous for its World Class Paintings and Royal Mansions. Beautiful buildings and paintings here will surely give you a glimpse of Rajasthani culture. After checking in to the hotel here, we will visit the popular attractions and in the evening enjoy the beautiful Sunset and then return to the hotel for night stay.

Day 02 : Mandawa to Bikaner

After breakfast, we’ll checkout from the hotel and drive towards Bikaner. On arrival, we’ll check in to the new hotel. Bikaner is a city in Rajasthan, surrounded by the great Thar Desert. Here, we’ll visit the 16th century Junagarh Fort which is the main attraction of Bikaner. The Junagarh fort is a complex huge structure of buildings and halls. The traditional textiles and royal portraits are displayed in the Prachina Museum within the fort. We’ll come back to the hotel in evening for night stay.

Day 03 : Bikaner to Sam Sand Dunes

After breakfast, we will checkout from the hotel and drive towards Deshnoke. 30 km away from Bikaner, Deshnoke is famous for the 600-year-old Karni Mata temple aka the Rat Temple as it is home many rats. Rats here are considered sacred by devotees and worshipped. We’ll visit this quintessential sight of Rajasthan and then continue our journey towards Sam Sand Dunes and check in to your luxury camps over the Desert. After some refreshment, tourists would get to enjoy the Camel Ride on the Sand Dunes while beautiful the sun sets. Later, we can enjoy the traditional folk dance and Rajasthani music with delicious dinner. The night will be spent at the camps in Sam sand dunes

Day 04 : Sam Sand Dues to Jaisalmer

After breakfast we’ll leave for Jaisalmer. On arrival we’ll check in to hotel and visit 800 year old Sonargarh Fort aka the Jaisalmer Fort. It’s also known as the Sonar Quila( or Golden Fort) because the massive yellow fort walls reflect a tawny gold colour during day. Following this we’ll visit Nathmal ki Haveli, Patwon Ki Haveli, and Salim Singh Ki Haveli. In the evening, we’ll enjoy the calm ambience and a boat ride at Lake Gadsisar (or Lake Gadisar) and later return to hotel for the night.

Day 05 : Jaisalmer to Jodhpur

Checking out from the hotel after breakfast we’ll drive towards the most “Royal City” of Rajasthan, Jodhpur. Check in a hotel there and then we’ll visit Umaid Bhawan Palace. King of Jodhpur lives with his family in this palace. Next destination is Mehrangarh Fort, one of the largest forts of India. It was built around 1460 and turned into a museum now it displays weapons, paintings and royal palanquins. We’ll drive back to hotel in evening for night stay.

Day 06 : Jodhpur to Udaipur

Checking out from the hotel after breakfast we’ll drive towards Ranakpur to visit the renowned ancient Jain Temple built in 15th century. After that we will drive to Udaipur. Udaipur is also known as ‘City of Lakes’ and ‘Venice of the east’ as this is the only city with 5 lakes in Rajasthan. We’ll check in to hotel and post lunch visit Lake Pichola where one can enjoy boat ride and sunset. Later we’ll drive back to hotel for night.

Day 07 : Udaipur

After breakfast, we’ll tour to the City Palace (King of Udaipur still lives here), Jagdish Temple, Saheliyon Ki Bari along with Sajjan Garh Fort and in the evening enjoy walking around the Fateh Sagar Lake and post-dinner drive back to the hotel to retire for the night.

Day 08 : Udaipur to Jaipur

After breakfast, we will checkout from the hotel and drive towards Pushkar. Pushkar has known around for the world famous Camel fair. It houses 52 ghats and 400 milky blue temples. We will visit the beautiful 14th-century Jagatpita Brahma Temple – the only Temple dedicated to Lord Brahma in the World. Enjoy your time at the beautiful Lake and post lunch we’ll leave for Jaipur. On arrival, we’ll check in to the hotel and take some rest and then go to Chokhi Dhani to enjoy the puppet show, magic show, traditional dance and folk music with mouth-watering Rajasthani Dinner. Retire for the night at the hotel.

Day 09 : Jaipur

After breakfast, we’ll tour the famous places around like Amber Fort, Jal Mahal (Palace in Water), City Palace, The Royal Observatory, Hawa Mahal (Palace of wind) along with City Museum and visit local market of Pink City in the evening. Retire for the night at the hotel.

Day 10 : Jaipur to Agra

After breakfast we will checkout from the hotel and drive to Fatehpur Sikri in Agra, Uttar Pradesh through Buland Darwaza (or Gate of Magnificence). We will drive to Agra city, check in to hotel and then go to witness the ethereal beauty of Taj Mahal – the Seventh Wonder of the World. Next stop is Agra Fort and in the evening back to hotel for night stay.

Day 11 : Agra to Orchaa

After breakfast, we will check out from hotel and travel to Orchha, Madhya Pradesh and check in to our hotel. After refreshments, we’ll have the tour of Jahangir Mahal, Rajmahal, Praveen Mahal, Raja Ram Temple and Laxminarayan temple. In the evening we return to hotel for night stay.

Day 12 : Orchaa to Khajuraho

Next day we’ll leave for Khajuraho in Madhya Pradesh. This is a popular tourist attraction is also UNESCO World Heritage. Popular attractions here are Chausath Yogini Temple, Jain Temples, Kandariya Mahadev Temple, Lakshmana Temple and Kamasutra temple depicting the history of kamasutra. In the evening we’d return to our hotel.

Day 13 : Khajuraho to Varanasi

After breakfast, we’ll begin our Varanasi Tourism by visiting the world’s oldest city –Banaras (also referred as Kashi or Varanasi). Check in to your luxury hotel and after some rest, bath in holy River Ganga, pray at Kashi Vishwanath Temple, and calm in the peaceful spiritual ambience at the Ghats. Retire for the night at the hotel.

Day 14 : Varanasi

After breakfast we will checkout from the hotel and you can spend the day at leisure. You can visit local markets, do shopping, meet saints and sages or anything you wish to do in Banaras. Post lunch you will be dropped at Airport for your onward journey to Delhi.
